Learning from the history of what a large enterprise has achieved (SHIMADZU CORPORATION, Shimadzu Foundation Memorial Hall)

On this day, everyone used public transportation to reach the SHIMADZU CORPORATION, Shimadzu Foundation Memorial Hall
One of the main unique features of large Japanese enterprises is how long they have been in business.
We learned from the exhibits and explanations of the guide at the large enterprise’s historical museum how the enterprise reached its present level and how it faced each period of change.
The participating overseas students showed great interest in exhibits of goods made over approximately 150 years ago. Explanations were done directly in English without the use of an interpreter.

Unique Features of Japanese Enterprises’ Management [Management Philosophy, Quality Control, 5S / Kaizen] (Bijuu Co. Ltd.)

One of the unique features of Japanese enterprises is management philosophy.
Also, the high level of safety standards and quality control is world top-class.
By actually visiting the site where production is carried out, a lot can be learned by seeing the high degree of awareness of safety and strictness of quality control.
Also, examples of 5S / Kaizen can be learned.
We visited Bijuu Co. Ltd. which makes [Otabe] and [Kyo-baum] shown in the photograph(s).
Each of us received an assortment of [Otabe] as a souvenir.
