Attended the FY 2009 JICA Syria Synthetic Business Management Seminar in Japan(SBM course) 

“A seminar on Kaizen and the SBM program was given to members of the “Business Woman’s Committee” of Aleppo, which was among the activities of the ex SBM team and the Aleppo Chamber of Industry “ACI”.

Ex SBM Mr. Imad HAIDAR General Manager of Yamam, fancy yarns & tufts, Ex SBM Miss Ania GARO Technical Manager of CAFF Filter both of the SBM 2009, have carried out a seminar on Kaizen activities which was learned during an SBM course in JICA Osaka/Japan. Both companies are from the private sector in Aleppo-Syria, activities of the SBM program have started in Aleppo in the year 2006, Ex SBM team activities have started in the year 2009, the SBM trainees was mainly of the public sector, till the year 2009 when companies from the private sector and staff from the Aleppo Chamber of Industry have been nominated for the course.

Audience of the Business Woman’s Committee of Aleppo, was so interested with the information given and many questions were exchanged between the attendees and the lecturers, they showed a big interest in such knowledge.

Ex SBM in Syria are contributing in the transfer of the knowledge and technology, the Kaizen activities and the Japanese culture and state of mind in Syria.
