Facilitator for Indonesia’s Alumni Association
Ms.Aviana, an active Secretary-General of the PREX Indonesia Alumni Association, is the Executive Director of the Matsushita Gobel Foundation, which fosters human resources for industry. Mohammad Gobel, founder of Indonesia’s Gobel Group, was personally acquainted with Panasonic’s Konosuke Matsushita. After they had noted many shared points in thinking concerning the corporate management between them, the foundation, which develops efforts for the sake of Indonesia’s industrial development, was established after technical cooperation between the two corporations was launched in 1960. The foundation is tasked with the important role of instilling Indonesia with the technology and spirit behind Japanese manufacturing. Ms.Avianais a deeply trusted friend of Heru Santoso, chairman of the PREX Indonesia Alumni Association (director-general of the Indonesia and Japan Friendship Association) and is a key figure who works behind the scenes to assist the entire alumni association through teamwork among its members. When PREX staff members visit local areas, she is a reassuring partner whom we can rely on for all sorts of advice. The efforts of Ms.Aviana, who serves as a bridge between Japan and Indonesia, play an important role in Indonesia’s society and economy.
