Osaka – Kobe – Sendai – Hyogo – Fukushima – Tokyo. The magnificent route and the brilliant organization of the Young Outstanding Persons Program (TOYP-2014) under auspices of Junior Chamber International Osaka, Japan (JCI) allowed me and other three participants from Egypt, Philippines, and Thailand to deeply comprehend and reevaluate the energy that gears the society and prosperity of Japan ahead. To feel the spirits of Japan that is and will be the fundamental force behind the tremendous growth and development of the sunrise country.

From August 30 to September 9, 2014 four young persons were invited from all over the world to feel the spirits of harmony of Japan from different angles and perspectives. All participants had been engaged in promotion the cooperation between Japan and the respective countries and such experience is definitely the privilege for enriching the knowledge on Japan for enhancing the cooperation between our countries.

The amazingly great number of places scheduled by the Program was really educational. From “Osaka Break Trough Forum” held in Osaka, where we presented our activities and vision of what people of Japan and the world could do to contribute into better societies. Through the brightest experience I acquired during the four day stay at the host family. In a very hospitable atmosphere I could see the life of ordinary Japanese family and even conduct the unforgettable English class for Japanese children. The interest they paid to Uzbekistan, its people, history, and children was really impressive. Till farewell minutes at Narita Airport, in Tokyo.

Over my studies and work experience I have come to the certain understanding on energy that drives Japan ahead. Experience of Kaizen training for trainers program acquired in 2013 in Japan under PREX program allowed me not only to absorb the key principles of Japanese companies operation. It was a treasure chance to see how Japanese people sincerely support each other and paying a consideration towards me at each square meter.

TOYP-2014 was the really discovery for the answer for the roots of such attitudes among people of Japan. It is the spirits of harmony, tightly bound with the abundant culture and history. It is Yamato, the “land of harmony”, – the first name of Japan. It is the principle of “Omoiyari” – consider people as priority, take care on your neighbor as how you would take on your own children. It is the genuine feeling of family and friendship among all society.

It is ceremonies, customs and traditions that constructed solid foundation for the economic prosperity of Japan. From the arts of tea ceremony visited at first days through the Noh Theater in Osaka and taking onsen (温泉) in Fukushima – all this indicate consideration inside society paid to the nature and people with the deepest respect. That obviously establishes the strong bridge to self-discipline and improvement throughout the country and generations.

The trip to Hyogo and Fukushima and what I learnt there will be always in my soul and heart. It was a great chance to see and deeply understand that Japanese people are very open minded and friendly to the rest of the world by speaking with the people of JCI Osaka, students during and the people of Comodo Energy Plant during stay near Kawauchi village in Fukushima. You are great people, indeed!

The amazing experience of TOYP-2014 program stronger motivated me to study Japan comprehensively, including the language. I plan to publish articles for the general public and specialists, to conduct the seminars and training courses on the firm bridge between Spirits, History, Culture and Management of Japan and how we could adopt such experience in our countries for the sense of harmony to benefit. Now I really realize and hotly support the great words of Konosuke Matshushita told – “People Then Product” and “All Companies are Public” that we also learnt while attending PHP company in Tokyo.

Being in a big debt for JCI Osaka for inviting me to the perfect program I am deeply gratitude and thankful to PREX Osaka, Japan for hosting me during my first time in Japan, February, 2013 – March 2013 and recommending me to apply for the absolutely rewarding TOYP-program. The experience under PREX program was the strong platform and inspiration for the profound comprehension the main target message of TOYP-2014 as to “become a society that gives consideration to invisible”, in what I will devote all my best and heart.
