HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019！Índia A. R. NAGPAL
It was simply an awesome experience, to say the least, visiting different Companies as a part of our Kankeiran Seminar last week. While every visit had something distinctive, something special to learn from, what stood out for me specifically was the visit to the Panasonic Museum, the opportunity to literally live through the history of this hugely successful organization, and to understand ‘its soul’. The interaction with the current vice Chairman and direct descendant of the founder, was also an amazing experience. Probably the most inspiring lesson I learnt was Panasonic’s core philosophy that the organization exists for society, and that when the going is tough, that is the time to do more for society and to really live this philosophy. Truly, this is what I would say differentiates Panasonic from so many other peers, and this is the core lesson, if I were to name one, that I carried back with me to Índia. Thank you for an amazing overall experience which left me, and I am sure the other participants as well, inspired, energized, enlightened, and also, humbled.
