This time we are going to show a message from Mr. Saito, President of Saito Lightning Co., Ltd in Higashi Osaka City.

His company  does sheet metal working and manufactures lighting equipment.
Along with the steady economic growth in Japan, his company achieved good performance. However, due to the diffusion of LEDs in 2012, it lost 70 per cent of it’s jobs.  How they recover the business result? What is the trigger of V-shaped turnaround?
