Training for Vietnamese Leaders 2017 has started. 

PREX has been conducting training courses since 2014 for Vietnamese employees working in Japanese companies to be able to take on a role as local-based operations managers or leaders. The seminar aims for the participants to learn the fundamental idea of the management of Japanese companies, which may be difficult to understand for oversea employees. This year, the training has started with two participants from two companies. 

Period: 10 days between Thursday, September 28 and Friday, October 20 Targeted participants: two Vietnamese employees (a manager and potential manager of Viet Nam branches of the companies)
Languages: Vietnamese / Japanese (consecutive interpretation)
Venue: meeting room at PREX, etc.
Lecturers: Mr. Masayoshi Utsumi, Representative Director, Creation Co., Ltd. and other lecturers
