Early on we transferred our production bases to China, Vietnam and other overseas locations, and company’s growth is continuing. Throughout this experience, I have sensed the importance of “encounters” and of exchange with different cultures. I have been greatly stimulated by the mingling of cultures through my exchanges in the PREX seminars with people in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz, Syria and other countries I had known little about. The exchanges also offer the possibility of future business. It is important to deal with people from different cultures and to become acquainted with people on a human level. Peace is created through such experiences. PREX activities have a deep significance, and I would like to see its efforts lead to an increase in the number of people who are fans of Japan.

Since 2007, PREX has visited to Malujufukusoh in connection with the Practical Training Business Courses with the Japan Centers of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyz, and so on. Mr. Nishikawa provided us with lectures that referred to management case studies focusing on sales management and customer satisfaction in the sewing industry. As a matter of company policy, all of the employees at Malujufukusoh gain the experience of going on overseas business trips to at least 10 different countries.
