This company, which hosted a trip in April as part of “Industrial Service Development” for Ghana, is often helpful for the PREX seminars.
At the company, whose main activities are the manufacture and sales of prosthetics, as indicated in the company name, the Kaizen activities are set down as “shared knowledge and expressive activities.” Efforts to draw up proposals and other matters come from the employees and are implemented systematically.
Its thoroughness has earned it its reputation, and it frequently hosts field trips from outside organizations. The seminar participants displayed a healthy curiosity over how the company maintains these initiatives and about its effectiveness.
In addition to that, they were left with the impression of the company’s philosophy to approach and be close to customers and to improve quality of life.
