This company is a maker of a rich variety of snacks, which are clearly appreciated by connoisseurs. 
Aiming to be “Kobe’s most interesting company,” it “takes delicacies to the extreme” day after day and practices hospitality through “entertaining food” for its customers.
The company creates as many as 2,000 new products and proposals for improvements every year, as it fosters product development. 
These efforts are done by a hit-product proposal system in which the company president is directly involved, presenting enthusiastic ideas that state, “We want to commercialize it,” and a voting system involving all employees. 
There is also valuable communication with customers at the locations where the items are sold. The sales proposals themselves are regarded as products for sale, and new information is transmitted daily through POP or layout. 
The seminar participants who visited absorbed some of the company’s novel marketing methods and unique employee motivation improvement methods, as their eyes sparkled over the thought of ideas that could be carried out in their home country. 
There was also a high level of interest in the “fabless management” business model (for manufacturers that don’t have factories), and they asked the company president about it in detail. The company has won numerous awards, and in March 2013, it was selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a “Hospitality Business.”
