This company is an SME in Yao City that conducts heat treatment processing for a variety of metal parts.
President Isao Morishima, with his creed of “self thinking, self actions and self enhancing,” is aiming to create teams that have common targets, work hard together with colleagues speaking honestly to each other, grow not only in knowledge and skills but in humanity, and can sweat blood together for themselves, for their neighborhood and for society. These efforts were introduced in “A Collection of Positive Cases on Efforts for Labor Environment Improvement,” by Osaka Prefecture and published last year. Malaysian seminar participants who came in September 2013 to learn about management as managers were interested in how leaders had acted in order to draw out individuality from large numbers of subordinates with differing capabilities and values.
