Presented his “High Tech Park” concept at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit

Mr. Azis Abakirov, the president of an IT corporation, participated in a course titled “JICA Strengthening Kyrgyz Economic Organizations” in Japan in 2009. During training, he developed the idea of “High Tech Park” in Kyrgyzstan for his action plan. Since his return to the country, he has been working to expand the possibilities of the IT industry by holding events for young people to improve the industry’s image and promoting business with IT-related companies in Japan.
