Welcome!Yasuko Hayashi Staff member, International Department

I have been working as a development worker in Southeast Asia as well as Japan. Living and working outside of Japan make me develop my thinking regarding Japanese development. I acknowledge that Japanese way of human resource development and management bring in Japan’s economic glows and high-quality personnel. Moreover, I am impressed to find that many of those notable companies have roots in Kansai area, and I believe that Kansai has very high potential. It is homer for me to have opportunity to learn from companies and enterprises in Kasai as a member of PREX. I will do my best to contribute to various stakeholders. Also it will be my pleasure if I could be of any help with my experiences of development and international cooperation in Southeast Asia.
