All members of our group expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers JICA and PREX for the excellent conduct of the practical course on the application of Kaizen.
Many thanks to all presidents and employees for the opportunity to visit their company. 
The knowledge gained in Japan, have helped us to revise our management style in personnel management and can help us to improve the efficiency of enterprise management. 
We all feel great luck visit your country and learning experiences in Japan. Admire your culture, architecture, nature, and especially people who are distinguished by humility, compassion, good manners, kindness.
