Sandy from Tonga, who joined the JICA Human Resource Capacity Development on “Japanese Hospitality, Omotenashi” in Tourism, was selected as a Japanese Government Scholarship Student. She is one of two students selected this year. Tonga is a country comprising approximately 170 islands located in the South Pacific Ocean. Sandy is a wonderful and positive lady. Her alumni say, “We would like to follow her path, congratulations to her!”
