What is the most impressive experience in Japan was meeting with company top management and hearing their real expertise in running various strategies. We heard about range of systems: marketing, HR management, crisis management. Managers and company owners were open in sharing their strategies and business instruments that they use to grow and develop their companies. Getting such first-hand information was very valuable for growth of my own business. I am very thankful for giving me an opportunity to learn the Japanese way of doing and managing business. It helped in understanding the way for success of my own business back home and I am now applying all the knowledge that I got during my visit to Japan.
