Mingalarpar, I’m Ms Saw Mar Mar Win from Myanmar. Firstly I would like to thank JICA /PREX. When I was in Japan, I’ve learned a lot of knowledge through the JICA / PREX program that is Japanese culture and supporting systems for SME Development. Among them, the lecture on SME technology and management capability evaluation system is very impressed for me. Japanese government set up good policy for the specific sector, related local government, NGO and other associations are strongly supported to development for SMEs. In Japan, Networking and collaboration system is very strong. The cornerstone of the economy is high quality and technology manufacturing with the focus on export. The challenge in Japan is that the birthrate has been declining dramatically so they face the shortage in the successor.
