Our company has 60 employees. We respond to customized orders, from the design to the manufacture and construction of architectural hardware for decoration, such as spiral staircases, hand railings and fences. We built a factory in Jiangsu, China, and we employ Chinese people at our head office. We are committed to globalizing operations within the company. We recently talked to seminar participants about the issues confronting Japan’s small and medium-sized enterprises and our management policy to fulfill our desire to be “a company where talk of dreams and romantic ideas can be exchanged.” We were left with a favorable impression from the participants’ courtesy and diligent attitude. In particular, the sparkle in their eyes was wonderful and they conveyed to us their enthusiasm and spirit for improvement, which attempts to absorb everything that’s good. I feel that we were the ones who were learning by observing.

Niitaka Seisakusyo is a company with an 80-year history. Participants in the seminars related to Central Asia and Kazakhstan have been visiting the company since 2006.
