Super Hotel provides customers with emotional experiences

Super Hotel is a chain that has expanded throughout all of Japan, under the concept expressed by the motto of “safe, clean and a good night’s sleep.” Participants of last year’s Central Asian Instructor Training Seminar visited Super Hotel Lohas JR Nara Eki. Along with hearing about quality of Super Hotel’s management, the participants also toured the inside of the building. Its customer services were of a great deal of interest to the seminar participants, who were from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyz.

The staff members at the facility are the ones behind its high level of management quality, as they provide higher level of services to the hotel’s guests. The staff actually showed the participants their pep talk conducted every morning. The participants were made acutely aware of the importance of day-to-day activities to permeate the management philosophy and communication among staff members, and they reacted with the word “super” (great!) The hotel chain has been affected by the trend in recent years for large numbers of Japanese companies to expand overseas, and so hotels have followed suit, in order to provide Japanese-style hospitality to Japanese business people during their travels. The chain opened a hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, last year, and Hanoi, Vietnam, in June this year.
