Mr. Koichumanov Talaibek
Mr. Koichumanov Talaibek, head of the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (currently Head of the Secretariat of the Business Development and Investments Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic) took part in the JICA Strengthening of Economic Organizations Course for Central Asia in fiscal 2009.
Mr. Koichumanov, who holds a high position in Kyrgyz, is open-hearted and takes on all his jobs with great diligence. As the representative of an organization that serves as a bridge between economic organizations and the government, he tackled the seminar with great enthusiasm. Now he is implementing a plan that was decided on during the seminar that includes submitting a bill for the establishment of an IT park. This is being done jointly with the chairman of Kyrgyz Software and Service Developer Association, who took part in the same seminar. Mr. Koichumanov has also been actively strengthening his ties with the seminar participants and working on exchanges between Kyrgyz and Japan for the sake of PREX projects.
