Ms. Gulmira Ibragimova Very grateful to have participated in training in Japan
Ms. Gulmira Ibragimova
Project Coordinator & Chief Accountant, Uzbekistan-Japan Center
Participated in JICA’s 2013 Central Asia Practical Business Training (A)

I have been working at the Japan Center for 15 years, but I learn something new every day. What I acquired during training has been very useful in my work, and I am very grateful to have participated in it.

Japan is a very beautiful, attractive country with stunning natural beauty. Japan as a country has developed by achieving many things in a short time, so there were many things that we could learn from that. Competency, the ability to see beauty in everything, diligence and functionality in the workplace, and efforts to carry out kaizen in any area were things that left a strong impression on me.

After returning to my home country, I have been working with Japanese colleagues. Every day, I must solve various challenges related to cultural exchange. At work, there is also a need for continual improvement and implementation. However, after participating in training, I feel like I can understand Japanese people better. I have also been able to expand the Japan Center’s activities to other regions in the country.
