I’m running my video production company since 2010. If even company was quite successful, I still had a feeling that I am lacking the knowledges that could improve my skills as a businessperson. I decided to attend the courses and never regret about it. Information that I received really helped me to understand and solve problems that we had in business.
The seminar was excellent. It was very helpful to learn how small entrepreneurs running their businesses in Japan. I was impressed how they can mix the very modern technologies with traditional philosophy. The meetings with Kishii-san from Waki Stationery was very inspiring and the lecture from Belov-san helped me a lot to combine the experience from Japan with our culture.
The trip to Japan was a big inspiration for me. I’ve seen a lot of good ideas for implementation in our company. The greatest is Kaizen – “to do small improvements but constantly”. We trying to follow this philosophy. This already helped us to organize better environment in the office. Now we are working on opening new business directions that close to our field. The experience that we gained in video production can be used in education. So I’m thinking of expanding my company in this area.
