Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) JICA is responsible for the technical cooperation aspect of Japan's ODA programs. At the request of JICA, PREX organizes many seminar programs.

The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships [AOTS]
HIDA is an organization for human resources development in developing countries to promote technical cooperation through training, experts dispatch and other programs.

Kansai Economic Federation (KANKEIREN) Kankeiren has its headquarters in Osaka, Kansai, in the center of Japan. The cities of Nara and Kyoto, former capitals of Japan, are located in the Kansai region, which throughout its long history has played a leading role in the development of politics, economics, culture and academic achievement. At the request of KANKEIREN, PREX organizes the seminars for ASEAN countries.

Global Environment Forum-KANSAI(GEF-K)
GEF-K, which comprises business corporations, local government agencies, academicians and local citizens, is a body established to address global environmental challenges through workshop discussions, research and policy recommendations. It also aimed to raise environmental awareness locally and globally especially in the Asian region through various activities.
