| To assist human resource development in developing countries, Pacific Resource Exchange Center (PREX) was established in April of 1990. Countries we have assisted so far in the last 20 years exceeded 126 countries/regions and fostering middle management executives to which we give priority has numbered over 13,000 in total. Our aim has mainly been centered towards the Asia Pacific region, but now expanding to countries such as Central Asia and Africa to respond to increasing needs. In the last three years, we have also tried to develop the Distance Leaning System using IT (Information technology) from more efficient training. |

PREX organizes seminar programs with the themes of promotion of market economy, the fosterage of small and medium-sized entreprises. Administrative officers and entrepreneurs from various countries have participated in those seminars. We are also offering opportunities to come in touch with Japanese culture. |

In this program, lecturers visit various countries to give lectures on the spot for the subjects responding to needs of each country is being carried out. As for Distance Leaning seminars connecting many places in ASEAN countries and districts, PREX organizes for the programs on human resource development and business management. In addition, seminars on the management consulting of small and medium-sized enterprises are being held in various places in China and at Japan Centers in NIS countries. |
